Welcome to B&B Pra da Lares! We would like to inform you about the house rules.
Rooms are available from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Different check-in or check-out times must be agreed upon in advance.
Upon arrival, a valid ID must be presented for each guest.
Payment must be made in full at departure, either in cash or by debit/credit card.
Breakfast, included in the price, is served from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
It is a traditional Italian breakfast with coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter, jam, various pastries, and yogurt. If you would like anything else, please let us know upon arrival. Gluten-free and lactose-free products are available on request. Please inform us in advance of any known food intolerances or allergies.
Daily cleaning is carried out from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
If you do not wish to be disturbed, please inform us in advance. If the room is not vacated during this time, cleaning will not be possible.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings or valuables left unattended, even in your room.
Smoking is prohibited inside the B&B. Smoking is allowed in the garden and on the balcony, using the provided ashtrays.
Please respect the rest of other guests by maintaining silence in the rooms and corridors between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
During your stay, we kindly ask you to help protect our natural environment by using water and electricity responsibly.
Please ensure that the main gate and doors are properly closed when entering or leaving the property.
In case of loss of the keys and the gate remote control, a charge of €100.00 will apply.
Cooking, burning, or lighting candles inside the B&B is not allowed.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Guests are kindly asked to treat the property and its furnishings with care. Any damages must be compensated.
By staying at B&B Pra da Lares, you acknowledge and accept these rules. Failure to comply may result, in accordance with applicable contractual regulations, in the early termination of your stay.
